This month's feature topic focuses on Privacy and Safeguarding Information. It is crucial for all team members to understand the importance of maintaining privacy and safeguarding confidential information, particularly Attorney-Client privileged information. The Arizona Attorney General's Office (AGO) provides legal advice and representation to the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) and does not represent any case participants.
Team members must never disclose any protected communications to case participants or external parties, including other state or foreign agencies. Additionally, team members should not share any screenshots or cut and paste information from AZCARES, which includes Activity History notes and legal notes.
Policy recently shared the Policy FYI-460 Attorney-Client Privilege with all team members as an additional reminder.
